Becky Henderson, Founder & General Manager
Becky Henderson is the General Manager for Halogen TV, an empowering television network in 14 million homes that entertains and motivates a generation looking to make a difference. An innovative and progressive thinker and planner, Becky has experience as on-air talent, short- and long-form producer, writer, and as a motivational and educational speaker. She is a member of American Women in Radio and Television (AWRT) and received Regional Emmy Award in an inspirational category in 2006. She lives in Charlotte, N.C., with her husband and two sons, with whom she shares a love of Disney World.
Mark Kang, SVP of Worldwide Distribution
Mark Kang is an accomplished executive with extensive cable experience, with successful turns at Sportsman Channel and Court TV (TruTV). He has effectively negotiated corporate deals, generated network expansion, and led sales teams that have grown subscriber bases. Kang has been named one of CableFAX’s “20 to Watch: Rising Stars of Cable;” one of the “Most Influential Minorities in Cable;” and one of the “Top 100 Executives in Cable Television.” He is the recipient of Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing’s (CTAM) Mark award; and has led groups that have won awards for “Best Affiliate Team;” and “Best Viral Marketing.” Kang is also the Founder, Producer and Director of the motion picture/film company Symphony 61 whose current productions include a joint venture on child slavery in Cote d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast), and the Broadway show, “Angels.” In his current position, Kang is responsible for domestic and international distribution activity for The Inspiration Networks.
Marc Favaro, EVP of Worldwide Sales
Marc Favaro is the Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales for The Inspiration Networks. In this role, Marc oversees all Commercial and Ministry Sales for INSP, iLifeTV and INI. In addition, he is developing new methods to engage viewers using interactive television applications that will provide Commercial and Ministry clients with effective media campaigns.
Kyle Chowning, VP of Marketing & Communications
Kyle Chowning came to Halogen TV from his position at Relevant Media Group, where he served as Director of Sales and Marketing. Having also owned two businesses – Motiveight Marketing Group which specialized in publishing and television, and Extream Media, a web design group – Kyle also worked for two magazine publishers, succeeding in a variety of executive positions involving circulation, marketing, web strategy and ecommerce. Kyle graduated with a degree in Business Management from George Fox University. Originally from Bend, Oregon, he lives in the Charlotte, NC area with his wife and three children.
